10 ounces cooked and shredded chicken
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 prebaked 10-inch pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ small red onion, sliced
2 cups HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves


  1. Heat oven to 450°F.

  2. In medium bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce. Spread remaining ½ cup sauce over crust. Top with cheese, chicken mixture and onion slices. Sprinkle evenly with bacon toppings.

  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
