 
          Ingredients
| 1 | tablespoon butter | 
| 2 | slices sourdough bread | 
| 2 | slices Swiss cheese | 
| 1 | jalapeño, seeded and sliced | 
| 4 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon, cooked | 
| 3 | tablespoons blackberry jam | 
Directions
- Prepare griddle for medium heat. 
- Butter one side of each bread slice. Place bread, butter side down. 
- Top one bread slice with cheese, bacon, and jalapeño. Top remaining bread slice with blackberry jam. Assemble sandwich. 
- Grill on each side, 2 to 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
