Ingredients
| 1 | (0.9-ounce) package Hollandaise sauce mix |
| 12 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian Bacon |
| 2 | English muffins, split and toasted |
| 4 | large eggs |
| Garnish: chopped fresh dill leaves, freshly ground pepper |
Directions
Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions. Keep warm.
In medium skillet, heat Canadian bacon over medium heat until lightly browned.
In medium saucepan, bring 1 quart water to a simmer over medium-low heat. Crack eggs into water and cook 2 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove with slotted spoon.
Place 3 Canadian bacon slices on each English muffin half, top with one egg, and spoon desired amount of Hollandaise over egg. Sprinkle with dill and pepper if desired.
