Ingredients

5 uncooked ramen noodles
16 ounces dashi broth or chicken stock
2 over easy fried eggs
½ cup Fully cooked BLACK LABEL® Bacon, roughly chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 olive oil
Chili crunch, optional

Directions

  1. In a medium sized pot, add olive oil and roughly chopped raw bacon, cook until crispy and set aside to cool. Deglaze pan with stock and begin to heat that over low.

  2. Cook ramen according to package directions, drain water and add ramen to pot with stock.

  3. Fry up 2 eggs to over easy so all the whites are cooked through, and the yolk is runny.

  4. With a large ladle, serve ramen equally between 2 bowls.

  5. Add a fried egg on top of each and sprinkle BLACK LABEL® Bacon and green onion on top.

  6. Finish off with chili crisp oil for an extra spicy kick.
