Golden Bacon and Blue Pizza

2 tablespoons butter
3 medium sweet onions, sliced (about 4 cups)
2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon
1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza shell
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (2.5-ounce) package HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup chopped toasted walnuts


  1. In large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add onions and bouillon; cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until onions are softened and golden.

  2. Top pizza shell with mozzarella cheese, onions and bacon pieces. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.

  3. Place grill grate 4 to 5 inches over coals. Prepare grill for direct medium heat.

  4. Place pizza on grill grate; close grill. Grill 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
