Ingredients
| 6 | slices sourdough bread, toasted and buttered | 
| 3 | slices Provolone cheese | 
| 1 | (7-ounce) package WHOLLY® spicy guacamole dip | 
| ½ | cup shredded white Cheddar cheese | 
| 1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked according to package directions | 
| ½ | cup shredded aged Gouda cheese | 
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Place 3 slices toast on greased baking sheet. Top each piece with 1 slice Provolone cheese. Spread guacamole on cheese. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Halve bacon slices. Add to sandwiches. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Top with remaining 3 slices toast.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 3.
