4 ears fresh corn, husks removed
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup crumbled Mexican cheese (such as Cotija)
Cayenne pepper
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 (16-ounce) package BLACK LABEL® Jalapeño Bacon, crisply cooked and chopped


  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill.

  2. Place corn directly on grill over medium-high heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned on all sides.

  3. Brush cooked corn with mayonnaise; sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper. Serve hot with cilantro and chopped bacon sprinkled on top. Serve with lime wedges.
