Ingredients
| 1 | (32-ounce) bag frozen potato nuggets |
| 2 | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| 12 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® microwave ready bacon, cooked according to package directions, chopped |
| 1 | Roma tomato, chopped |
| 1 | jalapeño, thinly sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped cilantro, if desired |
| ½ | cup sour cream for serving, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment or foil. Bake potato nuggets according to package directions. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Top with bacon. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Top with tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro and sour cream if desired.
