6 eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon, cooked according to package directions
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh chives


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 24 cups in mini muffin pan.

  2. In medium bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper until well combined.

  3. Tear bacon slices into ½-inch pieces. Divide bacon among muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Divide egg mixture between each muffin cup.

  4. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with chives. Makes 24.
