Ingredients
| ½ | (16-ounce) box macaroni pasta |
| 2 | tablespoons butter |
| 1 | tablespoon flour |
| 1¼ | cups milk |
| ½ | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
| ½ | cup shredded Provolone cheese |
| ½ | cup shredded American cheese |
| ½ | teaspoon kosher salt |
| ½ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 | (6-ounce) package of HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon slices, coarsely chopped |
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm.
In large skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour until smooth, gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Gradually stir in cheese until melted.
Add remaining ingredients, including pasta.
