|1||jar or package of HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits|
|1||(16-ounce) package of JENNIE-O® turkey ground turkey|
|1||(1-pound) package pasteurized prepared cheese product|
|1||(10.5-ounce) can of cream of chicken soup|
|1||(15.25-ounce) can of corn or 2 cups of frozen corn|
|1||(14.5-ounce) can of carrots or 2 cups of frozen carrots|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook rice according to package directions. In large skillet over medium heat, cook turkey until no longer pink. Always cook to well-done, 165° as measured by a thermometer. Stir turkey into rice.
Add bacon bits, cream of chicken soup, corn and carrots and mix very well.
Take ½ of the cheese product and soften in the microwave then mix in with the above.
Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish and slice the remaining half of cheese product into slices and place on top.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
