1 jar or package of HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
1 (16-ounce) package of JENNIE-O® turkey ground turkey
1 (1-pound) package pasteurized prepared cheese product
1 (10.5-ounce) can of cream of chicken soup
1 (15.25-ounce) can of corn or 2 cups of frozen corn
1 (14.5-ounce) can of carrots or 2 cups of frozen carrots
3 cups rice


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook rice according to package directions. In large skillet over medium heat, cook turkey until no longer pink. Always cook to well-done, 165° as measured by a thermometer. Stir turkey into rice.

  3. Add bacon bits, cream of chicken soup, corn and carrots and mix very well.

  4. Take ½ of the cheese product and soften in the microwave then mix in with the above.

  5. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish and slice the remaining half of cheese product into slices and place on top.

  6. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
