1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Chorizo Skillet
4 eggs, scrambled
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Chopped cilantro, for garnish if desired
Tortillas, for serving
Salsa verde, for serving

Directions

  1. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook Chorizo Skillet 5 to 7 minutes, until crisped and brown.

  2. Season scrambled eggs with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

  3. Serve Chorizo Skillet with eggs, tortillas and salsa verde.
