Ingredients
| 1 | cup fresh basil leaves, divided |
| ¼ | cup olive oil |
| 3 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 | pound pizza dough, at room temperature |
| 1 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
| ½ | cup sliced mushrooms |
| ¼ | cup chopped red onion |
| ½ | cup chopped red bell pepper |
| ½ | cup chopped yellow bell pepper |
| 24 | slices HORMEL® Turkey Pepperoni, chopped |
Directions
Heat oven to 475°F. Chop ¾ cup of the basil leaves, reserving the remaining leaves for garnish. In bowl, combine chopped basil, olive oil and garlic.
Stretch and roll pizza dough out onto a large sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread basil mixture across pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
Arrange mushrooms, onions, peppers and pepperoni on top.
Place pizza on a large baking sheet. Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
