Ingredients

 
4 slices whole grain Italian-style bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons sun dried tomato pesto
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
8 slices Manchego cheese
2 slices mozzarella cheese
30 slices HORMEL® Sliced Spicy Salami

Directions

  1. Heat panini maker or stovetop panini grill according to manufacturer’s directions.

  2. Brush one side of bread slices with oil. Place bread, oil side down, on work surface.

  3. Spread slices with sun dried tomato pesto. Sprinkle slices with chopped green onions.

  4. Top each bread slice with 2 slices Manchego cheese. Top one side of each sandwich with 1 slice mozzarella and 15 slices chorizo.

  5. Put the 2 sandwiches together

  6. Grill sandwiches in panini maker 5-7 minutes or until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
