Ingredients
| ½ | pound ground beef |
| Salt and pepper, to taste | |
| ⅓ | cup mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons finely chopped onion |
| 3 | tablespoons ketchup, divided |
| 1 | teaspoon hot sauce |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1 | tablespoon sesame seeds |
| 1 | pound pizza dough, at room temperature |
| 1 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon mustard |
| 20 | slices HORMEL® Dill pickle Pepperoni |
| ½ | cup pickle slices |
Directions
- Heat pizza stone in oven to 500°F.
In skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Drain. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, 2 tablespoons ketchup and hot sauce.
Stretch or roll dough to a 14-inch circle on pizza peel or parchment paper. Brush edges of pizza dough with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over pizza crust. Top with beef and cheeses. Drizzle pizza with remaining ketchup and mustard. Top with pepperoni and pickles.
Transfer pizza to stone in oven. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until crust is crisp and golden and cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden in spots.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
