 
          Ingredients
| 3 | eggs | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon kosher salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon cream of tartar | 
| ½ | cup cream cheese, at room temperature | 
| ½ | teaspoon baking powder | 
| ⅛ | cup pizza sauce | 
| Pizza toppings: HORMEL® Pepperoni Cup N’ Crisp, fresh mozzarella cheese and green pepper slices | 
Directions
- Heat oven to 300°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Place egg whites in medium bowl. Add salt and cream of tartar to egg whites. Using a hand mixer, beat egg white mixture 2 to 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. 
- Add cream cheese and baking powder to egg yolk bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix egg yolk mixture 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. 
- Gently fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture. 
- Divide mixture into 6 mounds, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Set oven to BROIL. 
- Spread each bread with pizza sauce. Top with suggested toppings. Broil 5 to 7 minutes, watching carefully, until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped.
