|¼||cup olive oil|
|3||garlic cloves, minced|
|1||pound pizza dough, at room temperature|
|1||cup shredded mozzarella cheese|
|½||cup sliced mushrooms|
|¼||cup chopped red onion|
|½||cup chopped red bell pepper|
|½||cup chopped yellow bell pepper|
|24||slices HORMEL® Turkey Pepperoni, chopped|
Heat oven to 475°F. Chop ¾ cup of the basil leaves, reserving the remaining leaves for garnish. In bowl, combine chopped basil, olive oil and garlic.
Stretch and roll pizza dough out onto a large sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread basil mixture across pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
Arrange mushrooms, onions, peppers and pepperoni on top.
Place pizza on a large baking sheet. Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
