1 cup fresh basil leaves, divided
¼ cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound pizza dough, at room temperature
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup chopped red onion
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
24 slices HORMEL® Turkey Pepperoni, chopped


  1. Heat oven to 475°F. Chop ¾ cup of the basil leaves, reserving the remaining leaves for garnish. In bowl, combine chopped basil, olive oil and garlic.

  2. Stretch and roll pizza dough out onto a large sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread basil mixture across pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Arrange mushrooms, onions, peppers and pepperoni on top.

  4. Place pizza on a large baking sheet. Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

  5. Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
