| 24 | slices HORMEL® spicy salami |
| 1 | (12-ounce) baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices |
| ¼ | cup olive oil |
| ½ | cup softened goat cheese |
| ½ | cup halved grape tomatoes |
| Chopped cilantro |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chorizo slices on prepared sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until crisped. Remove to paper towel lined plate.
Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spread each slice with cheese. Top with grape tomato halves, crisped chorizo and cilantro.
