In medium bowl, combine green and black olives, tomatoes and dressing. Toss until items are fully coated in dressing.
Thread pepperoni slices, mozzarella balls, olives, tomatoes and basil leaves onto the skewers, in any order, until skewers are full.
Refrigerate before serving.
