2 cups waffle or pancake mix
1 cup coarsely chopped, cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon
teaspoon apple pie spice
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Cooking spray
HORMEL® cinnamon apples, heated according to package instructions
Maple syrup

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, whisk together waffle mix, 1 cup water and next 3 ingredients until smooth. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.

  2. Cook 1 cup batter in lightly greased Belgian waffle maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Repeat with remaining batter.

  3. Top with apples and maple syrup.
