How to Prep

Microwave Flame-Seared Chicken
  1. Remove chicken from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish along with its juices.
  2. Separate chicken into individual pieces.
  3. Lightly cover dish and heat on HIGH for 1 minute, turn chicken over and then heat for and additional 30 seconds or until warm.
  4. Let stand for 1 minute.
  5. Serve as desired.
