Ingredients
3 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon stir-fry oil |
1 | tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 | pound carrots, cut into 2 ½-inch pieces |
1 | pound broccoli pieces |
Garnish: green onion slices |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
Place carrots in a single layer onto lightly greased baking sheet. Drizzle with half the sauce, tossing to coat.
Bake 15 minutes. Stir in broccoli, drizzle with remaining sauce, tossing to coat. Bake 10 more minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
