Ingredients

1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir-fry Oil, divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 head broccoli , cut to bite-size florets
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
1 (11.5-ounce) bottle HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir-fry Sauce
Cooked rice, for serving

Directions

  1. In bowl combine sliced steak, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, cornstarch and baking soda. Marinate 10 minutes.

  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat bring ½ cup water to boil. Add broccoli and cover. Steam 1 to 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Remove from skillet. Wipe skillet dry.

  3. In same skillet, over medium-high heat, heat remaining oil. Spread steak in a single layer. Allow to cook without touching for 30 seconds, or until the bottom side is browned. Flip to cook the other side for a few seconds. Stir and cook until the surface is lightly charred and the inside is still pink.

  4. Add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 30 seconds. Return broccoli to skillet. Stir in sauce. Stir-fry all together 1 to 2 minutes or until combined. Serve with rice.
