Ingredients

 
¼ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Hoisin Sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1½ teaspoons sambal oelek (chili paste)
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir-Fry Oil
½ (24-ounce) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet, cut into strips
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium firm-ripe pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1 bunch green onions, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine broth, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, sambal oelek and pepper.

  2. Heat large wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil, pork and garlic. Stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is golden brown.

  3. Stir hoisin sauce mixture; add to wok. Add pears, onions, cilantro and salt. Sir-fry 3 minutes or until pears are hot and cooked through.
