Ingredients
1 | 18.4-ounce package, HORMEL® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin |
1 | (9-ounce) package refrigerated linguine |
1 | large carrot, julienned (about ½ cup) |
1 | medium red bell pepper, julienned |
1 | small cucumber, seeded and julienned |
⅓ | cup sliced green onions |
2 | tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
1 | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean Teriyaki Sauce |
Directions
Prepare pork tenderloin according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions, adding carrot and bell pepper to boiling water. Drain.
In large bowl, toss together linguine mixture, cucumber, onions, sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce. Divide evenly among 4 serving plates.
Slice pork tenderloin; serve over linguine and vegetables.
