|1||carrot, sliced diagonally into ¼-inch-thick pieces|
|1||yellow onion, cut into thin wedges|
|1||cup snow peas|
|1||red bell pepper, cut into strips|
|1||(12-ounce) package smoked sausage|

|Hot, cooked brown rice|
In skillet or wok, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat. Add carrot and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Remove from skillet.
Add 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove from skillet.
Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add sausage; stir-fry 3 minutes. Return stir-fried vegetables to skillet. Add teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated thoroughly. Serve with hot rice.
