Ingredients
| 10 | ounces cooked and shredded chicken |
| ½ | cup plus 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce |
| 1 | prebaked 10-inch pizza crust |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | cup shredded Gouda cheese |
| 1 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
| ½ | small red onion, sliced |
| 2 | cups HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
Directions
Heat oven to 450°F.
In medium bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce. Spread remaining ½ cup sauce over crust. Top with cheese, chicken mixture and onion slices. Sprinkle evenly with bacon toppings.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
