Ingredients
| 2 | ripened avocados, cut in half and pitted |
| 1 | tablespoon sour cream |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh lime juice |
| ½ | small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup) |
| 2 | jalapeño peppers seeded, if desired and chopped |
| 1 | plum tomato, seeded and chopped |
| ¼ | cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
| 6 | HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Maple Black Pepper Bacon, cooked and chopped, divided |
| Blue corn tortilla chips | |
| Garnishes: bacon, cooked and chopped, tomato, seeded and chopped |
Directions
Scoop avocado into medium bowl.
Add sour cream and lime juice. Coarsely mash with a fork until combined. Stir in onion. Add next 4 ingredients. Season with salt to taste.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
