Barbeque Pork Melt

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (14-ounce) loaf ciabatta
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked and cut in half
  • 1 (10-ounce) package LLOYD'S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Lettuce leaves tossed in balsamic vinegar and olive oil

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat broiler.
2. Cut ciabatta into quarters. Cut each quarter in half.
3. In small bowl, combine butter and mustard; mix well. Spread over cut sides of ciabatta pieces. Place butter-side-up on baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Top toasts with bacon, pork and cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with lettuce, if desired.
