INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (1-pound) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon- Original, cooked according to package directions, torn into smaller pieces
  • cup shredded carrot
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced
  • 2 small vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered
  • 8 slices red onion
  • cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • Ranch dressing, to serve

DIRECTIONS


Arrange bacon, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and cabbage on serving plates. Serve with dressing. Serves 4.
