INGREDIENTS


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 (16-ounce) container LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Carolina barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 (16-ounce) cans navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon coarse ground mustard

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat oil in large oven-safe, Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until tender.
  3. Add barbecue pork and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring mixture to a simmer. Remove from heat.
  4. Cover and bake 1 hour.
