INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH®100% Natural White Chicken, drained
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 8 crispy taco shells
  • Diced tomatoes, if desired
  • Diced jalapeños, if desired
  • Diced red onion, if desired
  • Chopped cilantro, if desired
  • Lime juice, if desired

DIRECTIONS


  1. In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until heated. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Top with chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, red onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime, if desired.
