Chili Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
4 large sweet potatoes
1 (15-ounce) can
HORMEL® chili
,
heated
Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, diced avocado, sliced jalapeños, crushed tortilla chips, fresh cilantro leaves, chopped green onions
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400°F.
Wash and wrap sweet potatoes in aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet and bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until fork tender.
Remove potatoes from foil and make cuts down center of each potato. Divide chili evenly among potatoes. Top with desired toppings.
