1. Heat oven to 400℉. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onion about 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in salsa, chili powder and chicken; cook and stir until warmed through.
2. Arrange chips in a single layer on a large sheet pan, lined with parchment. Sprinkle each chip with cheese and a small spoonful of the chicken mixture.
3. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Mix sour cream and lime juice. Top each chip with a dollop of sour cream mixture and a cilantro leaf. |
