INGREDIENTS


Meatloaf:
1 teaspoon HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Granules or 1 HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Cube
¼ cup hot water
1½ pounds ground beef
¾ cup coarse cracker crumbs
½ cup chopped onion
1/3 cup ketchup
1 egg
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper

Glaze:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, dissolve beef bouillon in hot water. Add remaining meatloaf ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until beef is thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer reaches 160°F.
2. In small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Brush top of meatloaf with glaze. Bake 10 minutes longer or until glaze is set. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
