L.A. Super Charged Chili Dip

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes


2 (8- ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese                                                       
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sliced green onions, if desired
Corn chips, tortilla chips or assorted crackers


Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, chilies, peppers, garlic and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Stir in chili. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
In small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, oil and remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.
