Layered Greek Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (8-ounce) container chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • ½ cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 (5-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH®100% Natural Chicken Breast, drained well
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1½ cups prepared garlic hummus
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • ½ cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup sliced green onion
  • Warm pita wedges or crisp pita chips

DIRECTIONS


  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chicken, oregano and garlic salt until well combined. Spread in an even layer in a shallow serving dish.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over cream cheese-chicken layer. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, cheese and onions.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Serve with pita bread.
