Sheet Pan Cajun Chili Shrimp Nachos

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes


1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili No Beans
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning                                                              
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 (4- ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (1-pound) package pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (10-ounce) bag nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips
Suggested toppings: sliced green onions, sliced jalapeños, chopped fresh cilantro, black olives, chopped tomatoes.


Heat oven to 375˚F. In microwave-safe bowl, mix together chili, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chilies, and cheese product. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp.
Arrange a single layer of chips on large rimmed baking sheet. Top with half of the chili mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with suggested toppings. Serve immediately.
