Ingredients
| 1 | (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® turkey sausage |
| 2 | quarts water |
| 6 | cubes HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Cubes |
| ½ | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 | (9-ounce) package fresh cheese tortellini pasta |
| 1 | (16-ounce) package frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper), thawed |
Directions
In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned; drain.
Add water, bouillon and garlic powder; bring to a boil.
Add pasta; boil 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes until vegetables and pasta are tender.
