8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Applewood Smoked Bacon, cut in half
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
8 slider buns or dinner rolls cut in half, toasted
Suggested toppings: Lettuce, cheese slices, grilled onions


  1. Cook bacon according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Gently combine ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties.

  3. Prepare griddle for medium heat. Cook patties 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Assemble sliders with beef patties, bacon and suggested toppings.
