|1||pound lean ground beef|
|1||teaspoon kosher salt|
|¼||teaspoon freshly ground pepper|
|8||slider buns or dinner rolls cut in half, toasted|
|Suggested toppings: Lettuce, cheese slices, grilled onions|
Cook bacon according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Gently combine ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties.
Prepare griddle for medium heat. Cook patties 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Assemble sliders with beef patties, bacon and suggested toppings.
