|1||medium avocado, pitted and cut in half|
|3||tablespoons shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese|
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cook bacon according to package directions. Cool and crumble.
Spoon out small scoop of avocado, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Crack eggs into avocado halves. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until egg whites are set.
