Ingredients
12 | large hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped |
4 | 4 green onions, chopped |
⅓ | cup coarsely shredded carrots |
⅓ | cup coarsely chopped radish |
½ | cup chopped celery |
⅔ | cup mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon coarse grain mustard |
½ | teaspoon salt |
¼ | tablespoon freshly ground pepper |
¼ | teaspoon dill seed |
½ | cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits |
Garnish: additional bacon bits, if desired |
Directions
In large bowl, combine eggs and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Sprinkle with additional bacon bits, if desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve as a sandwich or over lettuce.
