Ingredients

 
12 large hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
4 4 green onions, chopped
cup coarsely shredded carrots
cup coarsely chopped radish
½ cup chopped celery
cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
½ teaspoon salt
¼ tablespoon freshly ground pepper
¼ teaspoon dill seed
½ cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
Garnish: additional bacon bits, if desired

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine eggs and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Sprinkle with additional bacon bits, if desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve as a sandwich or over lettuce.
