|½||fluid ounce chicken broth|
|¼||teaspoon poultry seasoning|
|¼||teaspoon freshly ground pepper|
|4||eggs, cooked as desired|
|4||frozen buttermilk biscuits, cooked according to package directions|
In medium skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Chop bacon and set aside.
Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease in skillet. Whisk in flour until smooth, cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add poultry seasoning and pepper and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chopped bacon. Season with salt to taste.
Serve gravy, and eggs over split biscuits.
