8 strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Maple Black Pepper Bacon
2 tablespoons flour
½ fluid ounce chicken broth
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 eggs, cooked as desired
4 frozen buttermilk biscuits, cooked according to package directions


  1. In medium skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Chop bacon and set aside.

  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease in skillet. Whisk in flour until smooth, cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add poultry seasoning and pepper and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chopped bacon. Season with salt to taste.

  3. Serve gravy, and eggs over split biscuits.
