Ingredients
| 1 | (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese |
| 4 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon |
| 1 | shallot, thinly sliced |
| ¼ | cup apricot preserves |
| ¼ | cup dried cranberries |
| 1 | teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped |
| Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place brie on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan; cool and crumble. In same saucepan, cook shallots until tender and lightly browned. Stir in preserves and remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute. Stir in bacon.
Spoon bacon mixture over brie. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired. Serve with crackers, fruit or baguette slices.
