2 (12-ounce) packages HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Cherrywood Bacon
Ground beef
Napa cabbage
Mango pico de gallo
Cilantro, if desired


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Create a square bacon weave. Bake 15 minutes on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place bowl over bacon and trace with knife or scissors to create a circular bacon weave. Hang over 2 skewers and balance over 2 pint jars to keep taco shape.

  3. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes or until crisp.

  4. Fill tacos with desired toppings such as ground beef, Napa cabbage, mango pico de gallo and cilantro.
