1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Thick Cut Bacon |
1 | head iceberg lettuce, cored, cut into 6 wedges |
1 | cup buttermilk ranch dressing |
½ | cup crumbled blue cheese |
½ | cup grape tomatoes, quartered |
Chopped chives, if desired | |
Croutons, if desired |
Directions
In large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Chop bacon; set aside.
On each of 6 serving plates, place 1 lettuce wedge. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, chives and croutons if using.
