|1||cup buttermilk ranch dressing|
|½||cup crumbled blue cheese|
|½||cup grape tomatoes, quartered|
|Chopped chives, if desired|
|Croutons, if desired|
In large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Chop bacon; set aside.
On each of 6 serving plates, place 1 lettuce wedge. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, chives and croutons if using.
