
Ingredients
1 | tablespoon butter |
2 | slices sourdough bread |
2 | slices Swiss cheese |
1 | jalapeño, seeded and sliced |
4 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon, cooked |
3 | tablespoons blackberry jam |
Directions
Prepare griddle for medium heat.
Butter one side of each bread slice. Place bread, butter side down.
Top one bread slice with cheese, bacon, and jalapeño. Top remaining bread slice with blackberry jam. Assemble sandwich.
Grill on each side, 2 to 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
