|1||pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed|
|1||tablespoon olive oil|
|½||teaspoon kosher salt|
|¼||teaspoon freshly ground pepper|
|2||tablespoons HORMEL® Bacon Pieces|
Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
