1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups sliced white mushrooms
½ cup green bell peppers, diced
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 cup pasta sauce
4 mini naan bread pieces
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon, quartered


  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. In large skillet, heat oil. Cook mushrooms, peppers and onions in oil 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.

  3. Divide sauce evenly among naan bread pieces. Top with mushroom mixture, cheese and Canadian bacon. Bake on jelly-roll pan 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
