Ingredients
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
2 | cups sliced white mushrooms |
½ | cup green bell peppers, diced |
¼ | cup chopped red onion |
1 | cup pasta sauce |
4 | mini naan bread pieces |
2 | cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 | cups HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon, quartered |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
In large skillet, heat oil. Cook mushrooms, peppers and onions in oil 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
Divide sauce evenly among naan bread pieces. Top with mushroom mixture, cheese and Canadian bacon. Bake on jelly-roll pan 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
