8 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 English muffins, split
2 (6-ounce) packages HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian Bacon


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, and next 4 ingredients until blended.

  3. In lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish, layer alternately, English muffins and Canadian bacon slices. Pour egg mixture over muffins and bacon and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
